UK must pay pensions for EU officials

Post by sidders » Sun Mar 26, 2017 9:40 am

The £50 billion divorce bill covers liabilities for projects which the UK previously agreed to help fund, as well as pensions for EU officials who served during the period of its membership.
Asked whether it was correct that the UK will be presented with a bill of around £50 billion (58 billion euros) after Theresa May formally begins withdrawal negotiations under Article 50 of the EU treaties next week, Mr Juncker said: “It is around that, but that is not the main story.

“We have to calculate scientifically what the British commitments were and then the bill has to be paid.”

Not really, just fed up with the Giant gravey train. Eu Officials being made rich, for what? Really, they are being paid stupendous amounts of money, WHY?
